I and my family had great experience: All the tour planned in such good way : All the communication was properly planned ahead of schedule: Overall the tour was excellent and we enjoyed our vacation over the days we spend there in Istanbul. I had all correspondence with Tugba; She was very helpful and very much responsive for all the things which we requested (before/during and after ) the tour.

I just want to recomend Rock Valley tours to everyone! We made a hot air balloon tour and was amazing! Everything was fantastic, puctual, good sevice and cheaper than other companies. I cannot say enough for the personal and professional approach of RVT. From the pre-trip support to the excellent guides and timely transportation services RVT hits a 100%/5 start rating from our family. The guides did a great job of showing us the best of Turkey. The information and the pace of the tours were always appropriate. Groups sizes were easy to manage and all of the drivers were skillful. Do not miss the balloon ride if possible...beyond amazing. My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in Cappadocia and Omer Karip was our guide each day. We visited all the main sites but also had time to do some walks in lesser known valleys. Omer was fantastic: hugely knowledgeable but also relaxed, easy going, enthusiastic and a real pleasure to spend so much time with. Really can't recommend this company and guide highly enough. Cappadocia is an awesome place and investing in a great guide makes it really worthwhile, as the history and geography is fascinating and makes everywhere come alive.

Since I did not have a lot of time for a Cappadocia visit I decided to go with an agency. Rock Valley Tours was one that was highlhy recommended to me. My experience with Miss Asli was superb, the communication is great, very responsive and Miss Asli did a trip plan just for me, she went out of the way to plan me a perfect trip! And when I did an error in the payment (payed too much), she immediately took care of it and charged mw only what was agreed. There are no words to properly describe the great service they provide! Really great experience!
